- 500 g ground almonds
- 4 5 tbsp orange jam for me you can put other
- a sachet of vanilla
- a little food coloring of your choice
- 200 g white chocolate
- a few stems of cherries
In a container, mix the almond and the vanilla
collect with the jam until you have a manageable dough that is easy to work with.
form a long sausage,
cut small sticks then form small candles and leave to dry for an hour in a cool place.
after drying, melt chocolate, put a few drops of dye and dip the candles in chocolate.
let drain on a wire rack.
after a few minutes of drying, pour a little more melted chocolate on each candle to give the melted candle effect
stick in each candle a stem of cherry that will look like a wick
