Helps relieve pain : Ginger in particular has anti-inflammatory properties, it can also act as a pain reliever and help your body recover from body aches, menstrual cramps, surgeries and other illnesses. So the next time you’re wondering if you should take another pain reliever, try using ginger (tea in particular) as a natural home remedy.
