  • 4 glasses of filtered water

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add water and bring to a boil.

  • Once boiling, add chopped ginger, sliced ​​apples and cranberries and boil for about 2-3 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer another 5 minutes.

  • Remove from the heat, place a lid on the pan and allow the mixture to cool completely.

  • Once cooled, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey, stir until combined.

  • In a pitcher, pour the cooled mixture, add the apple slices, lemon slices and whole cranberries.

  • Cover the pitcher with cling film and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • To serve, add crushed ice to each glass, pour in detox juice until 3/4 full. Garnish with fruit as desired.
