This is what my husband said he saw his dish, a recipe that he really appreciates chili con carne and that I don’t often do, because when we say Chili, it’s very spicy, Mexican-style spicy too . When I make chili con carne for the evening, I always see my husband’s disappointment, otherwise he directly opens the fridge to chop some fresh spice on his plate, he likes it to be really spicy. But if I make the recipe for lunch just for the two of us, you can see that even his eyes are smiling, hihihihihi!

Of course, anything spicy is “the best recipe” for my husband, whether it’s sauce or salsas like chimichurri sauce and pico de gallo, especially to make a burrito or even tacos and, and when it contains minced meat, and beans, what more could you ask for?   • 200 g red kidney beans
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper spicy here, if you don’t like it, just sweet red pepper
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 2 vs chili powder
  • 1/2 vs cumin powder

  • salt
  • soak the beans in cold water for 12 hours. (I do this at night)

  • in the morning, drain and put in a casserole dish. fill the pot with enough cold water and cook until the beans become tender.

  • Chop the onions, and place them in a pan.

  • Cut the red pepper into cubes and chop the garlic.
  • add garlic and peppers to onions, introduce oil.

  • sweat for a few minutes.

  • Add the minced meat.

  • cook well.

  • when the beans are cooked, drain and return to the pot.

  • pour over the minced meat sauce.

  • Add the seeded and crushed tomatoes on top.

  • season with spices and salt.

  • add a little water, cook for about 30 minutes. Check the doneness

  • Serve hot.
