Hello everyone,

For a quick easy and light Indian recipe menu, here is a recipe that I share with you, I found this delicious recipe from indian samosaat the house of Meriem

Preparation time 20 min

Total time 35 min

Dough :

  • 400 g plain flour
  • 100 g softened butter
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • Salt
  • Enough plain yogurt to scoop up the dough

Prank call :

  • 3 peeled and diced medium potatoes
  • 150 gr minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 2 good handfuls of black olives, pitted and sliced
  • A few portions of “laughing cow”
  • Salt pepper and curry
  • A little chopped fresh coriander
  • Prepare the stuffing by browning the onion and garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil,

  • add minced meat, olives,

  • cook the peeled and cubed potato in salted water

  • after cooking add the coarsely mashed potato

  • add the curry, salt, pepper, cover and simmer (add water if necessary).

  • Add the coriander and the cheese, mix everything well, the stuffing should not be liquid, but mashed.

  • let cool.

  • In this time, prepare the dough, mixing all the ingredients, and collecting with the yogurt, once you obtain a smooth dough, divide it into 2 to 3 balls, cover them and let them rest for 15 minutes.

  • Roll out each of the balls of dough thinly on a floured work surface, cut circles using a bowl, then cut the circles obtained in the middle, to obtain half circles, pass with your finger a little of water around the edge of the semi-circle, put your stuffing in the middle, and close in a wallet, pinch to seal the edges well.

  • Do the same with the rest of the dough and stuffing.

  • Fry these triangles in hot oil, until golden brown,

  • let drain on absorbent paper.
