On the cooking group on facebook, the girls had asked me to do a challenge for them, and since we already had the game: recipe around a 3 ingredient and which had the theme of coconut milk. I chose the same theme on the group, and there were plenty of great recipes, among them, Nawel Zellouf’s recipe: CLAY-POT CHICKEN

It is a very old dish of Malaysian cuisine. At the time they cooked the sauce in an earthen pot (clay pot) and at the end of the cooking the meat obtained is very tender! yum yum….

  • 2 green peppers optional.
  • 400 g of coconut milk.
  • 300 ml of chicken broth.
  • 15 g sugar
  • 15 ml of vinegar.
  • 1/2 cube of knorr fish flavor.
  • A little cilantro for garnish.
  • 1/2 grilled onion for decoration.
